MQMH’s partner and director, Joe Hanley, will moderate an industry discussion on housing development, project entitlement, site selection and construction, at Bisnow Boston’s Annual Multifamily Summit on September 24, 2026. It is Joe’s third year on the program, which began with his hosting of a keynote discussion with Boston Mayor Michelle Wu, on housing policy in the City at the 2023 Summit. With continued market constraints on production, this year's panel discussion will focus on industry trends, regulatory changes and government incentives to restore housing growth.
